Laura has worked in the legal industry since 2000, in both large and mid-tier firms. At Harris Carlson Lawyers, Laura predominantly works in the areas of Bankruptcy, Proceeds of Crime and Employment Law, where her attention to detail and thoroughness serves our clients well.
In the area of bankruptcy law, Laura acts on behalf of the Official Trustee in Bankruptcy as well as private trustees, from providing advice on discrete and complex matters to assisting in dealing with the trustee’s interest in property.
Laura’s employment law practice largely consists of advising employers in matters ranging from drafting employment agreements and policies, advising and guiding clients through managing issues with employees, through to assisting clients in claims brought at the Fair Work Commission.
During her time at Harris Carlson Lawyers, Laura has had vast experience in the areas of her practice. Added to this, Laura has experience in a variety of other areas of law from her years in the legal industry, including:

Laura holds a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University and was admitted to practise in Victoria in 2012.
